Job summary

Godrej Industries Group (GIG) is seeking a senior SAP transformation specialist with deep experience in S4HANA, MM, PS and SD modules to lead business process re-engineering and digital integration across functions.

The role calls for hands-on SAP configuration, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of end-to-end SAP ECC to S/4HANA implementations, with 10–12 years of work experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• SAP S4HANA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify significant interventions and benchmark industry standards in core ERP SAP S4HANA.

Key responsibilities

1.SAP Digital& Business Transformation:

• Identify significant interventions and benchmark industry standards in core ERP SAP S4HANA
• Re-engineer SAP business processes and operating models.
• Lead the development and implementation ofSAP business operations and customer experience.
• Oversee the integration of newdigitaltools and platforms with SAP
• Collaborate with various departments to identify and prioritizeSAPdigitalinitiatives.
• Identify significant interventions and benchmark industry standards.
• Re-engineer business processes and operating models.

MM Technical proficiency required:

• Hands on with PR PO SES release strategy configuration
• Fiori tiles creation preferred but not mandatory
• Pricing Procedure configuration, Master Data monitoring experience
• Basics of SAP Basis/security preferred
• Automatic Account determination , BP, vendor account group
• PS – WBS creation and maintenance preferred
• SD – exposure to SD preferred

2.Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for SAP internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding SAP and interfacing softwares

Education:

• Any Bachelor’s degree .
• Professional certifications SAP S4HANA preferable

Experience:

• Experience in SAP ECC and at least one s4HANA implementation end to end.
• In-depth knowledge SAP modules MM primary and preferred exposure toPS, SD and interface with MM.
