Job summary

Godrej Industries Group (GIG) is seeking a Procurement & Sourcing professional with 6–8 years of experience to identify and onboard vendors for IFM services. You will build a strong vendor network for housekeeping, MEP, security, pest control, landscaping, and other facilities management needs.

You will negotiate pricing and terms, create Purchase Orders in SAP MM, and coordinate contracts. You will work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement support and drive cost optimization

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in SAP MM and PO processing.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Procurement & Sourcing

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for IFM service requirements.

Develop and maintain a robust vendor network for Housekeeping, MEP, Security, Pest Control, Landscaping, and other facility management services.

Execute strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and service standards.

Continuously explore opportunities for vendor consolidation and long-term cost optimization.

Vendor Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective vendors.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms, and service level agreements to achieve the best value for the organization.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service delivery and resolution of operational issues.

Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.

Purchase Order & Contract Management

Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP (MM Module).

Finalize purchase details, order quantities, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.

Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of contracts and service agreements.

Ensure procurement documentation is complete and compliant with organizational policies.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.

Ensure timely procurement support for business operations.

Act as a single point of contact for procurement-related queries and escalations.
