Job summary

Godrej Living Private Limited (GLPL) seeks a senior procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement for IFM services. You will identify and onboard vendors, build a strong vendor network, and drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and service standards.

You will handle PO creation in SAP MM, contract coordination, and ensure compliance with policies. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and timely procurement support are essential for business continuity.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in procurement and sourcing.
• Experience in SAP MM for PO creation and contract admin.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for IFM service requirements.
• Develop and maintain a robust vendor network across housekeeping, MEP, security, pest control, landscaping, and other facility management services.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP MM; coordinate contracts and service agreements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement support and act as the single point of contact for procurement queries.

About the role

1. Procurement & Sourcing

Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for IFM service requirements.

Develop and maintain a robust vendor network for Housekeeping, MEP, Security, Pest Control, Landscaping, and other facility management services.

Execute strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and service standards.

Continuously explore opportunities for vendor consolidation and long-term cost optimization.

2. Vendor Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective vendors.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms, and service level agreements to achieve the best value for the organization.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely service delivery and resolution of operational issues.

Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.

3. Purchase Order & Contract Management

Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP (MM Module).

Finalize purchase details, order quantities, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.

Coordinate the preparation, review, and execution of contracts and service agreements.

Ensure procurement documentation is complete and compliant with organizational policies.

4. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.

Ensure timely procurement support for business operations.

Act as a single point of contact for procurement-related queries and escalations.
