We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial activities of our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.
Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.
Manage day-to-day accounting functions such as bank transactions, petty cash, and vendor bill processing.
Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including preparing and filing returns for TDS, GST, and other applicable taxes.
Coordinate with tax consultants for resolving taxation-related queries and issues.
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with other departments.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management review.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments to vendors and collections from customers.
Perform vendor and customer reconciliations and manage aging reports.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
Prepare and present management information system (MIS) reports, including cash flow statements, customer aging reports, and vendor aging reports.
Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, ensuring efficient workflow and performance.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
Manage banking relationships and ensure efficient banking operations.
Oversee cash management, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
CPA/CA with Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in accounting software i.e. SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
