Godrej Industries Group seeks a strategic PMO leader to drive high-impact initiatives across functions and regions. You will design transformational projects, pinpoint process gaps, and guide end-to-end execution with senior stakeholders.

The role partners with Bain, McKinsey, and BCG to deliver top priorities and supports the MD on strategic assignments. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of experience in large-scale transformations, advanced Excel modeling, and strong communication skills for

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree from a reputed institution.
• MBA from a Tier-1 institute such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, MDI, or leading international business school.
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

• Drive strategic initiatives by partnering with Functional Heads and Regional Heads on high-impact business assignments.
• Design and implement transformational projects using internal and external best practices.
• Identify process gaps and lead organization-wide improvements to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• - Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• - Ability to structure and simplify complex business problems.
• - Strong PMO skills, including project planning, scheduling, governance, reporting, and documentation.
• - Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• - Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• - Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel-based analysis.
• - High ownership, initiative, and ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments.
• - Strong influencing skills and ability to drive decisions across teams.

Qualification & Experience

• - Undergraduate degree from a reputed institution.
