Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HVAC&R or Cold Chain sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Solid grasp of refrigeration/air-conditioning cycles and components.
• FMEA, basic QC tools, and heat load calculation experience.
• Willingness to travel across the region ~50% of the time.

• Build account-level growth plans for Danfoss portfolio tailored to customer needs.
• Manage key accounts and distributor network to hit revenue and margin targets.
• Grow footprint at existing and new accounts and be the first point of contact for customers.

You'll own the growth story for Danfoss Climate Solutions across North India, turning targeted accounts and distributor partnerships into measurable revenue. As the cold chain and HVAC&R market accelerates, this role puts you at the front line of positioning Danfoss where demand is rising fastest. It's a platform to build deep commercial expertise and grow toward broader regional and key-account leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build account-level growth plans that position the Danfoss portfolio to each customer's needs, prioritizing the highest-return opportunities.
• Manage key accounts and the distributor network to plan, align, and hit annual revenue and margin targets.
• Grow the Danfoss footprint at existing and new accounts, acting as the first point of contact for everything they need.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline of projects and opportunities so growth is forecastable, not accidental.
• Track competitor moves within your accounts and deliver clear monthly reviews that sharpen management decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in HVAC&R or Cold Chain sales, with a track record of account and distributor management.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Solid grasp of refrigeration / air-conditioning cycles and components.
• Working knowledge of FMEA, basic QC tools, and heat load calculation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to travel across the region ~50% of the time.
