Responsibilities

• Manage full lab activities for domestic switches, sockets peripherals; ensure uptime, calibration, and capability of all lab equipment
• BIS Certification Renewal Management (IS 3854:2023, IS 1293:2019, IS 15787:2008, IS 302, IS 13252, IS 10322)
• Handle end-to-end BIS certification process
• Ensure timely renewals and compliance documentation
• Liaison with BIS authorities and external labs
• Failure Analysis Improvement - conduct root cause analysis
• Drive corrective and preventive actions
• Audit Compliance - support internal/external audits (BIS, ISO, customer audits)
• Drive improvement and digitalization initiatives in reliability processes

• Product knowledge of Wirning Devices products ( Switch, Socket, other modular products)
• Knowledge experience of BIS standards
• Product certification process
• Knowledge of Indian Standards (mandatory list above)
• Experience in failure analysis tools (7QC, PFMEA, RCA)
• Understanding of lab equipment calibration systems
• SAP QM/MM knowledge (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with diverse quality methodologies and manufacturing processes
• Mentorship and guidance to help you build specialized technical expertise
