Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in Product Management or Product Marketing.
• Experience with Electrical Distribution products such as MCB, RCCB, RCBO, SPD, Distribution Boards, EV Chargers, and LV/MV Switchgear.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned product portfolio throughout its lifecycle.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain pricing strategies while ensuring product profitability.
• Provide technical support and application guidance to Sales and Business Development teams.
• Conduct product training for internal teams and channel partners.
• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain for smooth product management and new product development.
• Support the creation of product literature, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Track product performance and recommend improvement actions.

• Product portfolio management and product lifecycle understanding.
• Market mapping, competitor analysis, and business opportunity identification.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy, margin analysis, and profitability.
• Good understanding of power distribution concepts, electrical faults, application-based product selection, and relevant electrical standards.
• Understanding of B2B (Projects) and B2C (Retail) business models in the electrical industry.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and execution skills.
