Job summary

LANXESS in Nagda (India) seeks an experienced professional to manage contracting for technical services, GSS, and operations. You will finalise complex agreements, ensuring pricing and terms align with internal stakeholders and compliance requirements.

With 10+ years in commercial roles, you will leverage SAP knowledge and strong contract management skills to drive cost efficiency and successful supplier partnerships within a global manufacturing framework.

Qualifications

• Education in Commercial or engineering is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong capabilities in contract management, SAP, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Finalise contracts for TS/GSS, ARC, manpower, and operation/packing with correct terms.
• Ensure cost-effective contracting and alignment with internal stakeholders.
• Support audits, cataloging agreements, and TfS supplier initiatives.

Job Highlights

Here are the main job responsibilities:

• Responsible for finalisation of contracts for TS / GSS , ARC based contracts, manpower based as well as operation / packing based contracts. Specialist, responsible for right pricing with right contracting terms including alignment with internal stakeholders at right time.
• Other GSS activities include all packing, filling and ETP operation related contracts in a cost effective and timely manner.
• AUDIT – fulfil the requirement of audit, ensure proper documentation. Automation – continued efforts on creating more catalogues and agreements so as to achieve high automation rate. TfS – Together for sustainability – more focus and try level best in bringing more suppliers on TfS platform. Yearly success will include this measurement as well.

• Specific Education - Commercial / engineering background will be preferred.
• Work Experience - 10+ Years
• Special Skills - Commercial acumen, SAP knowledge, Contract management, supply chain & stakeholder management.
