Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager - Process Engineering to lead stamping project monitoring, die development, installation and handover, and to drive process optimization on sheet metal programmes.

You will collaborate with core teams, CME location teams and group companies to ensure first time right results, ECN feasibility, and capture lessons learned for future projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in mechanical/automobile/production or tool & die.
• Engineering degrees as listed in qualifications.
• Formal engineering education with relevant specialization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stamping projects and exceed TCP targets.
• Develop, install and hand over die.
• Approve supplier processes, simulations and die designs.
• Plan 3D process layouts; ECN feasibility and implementation.
• Track concerns and close during development.
• Achieve first time right with virtual vs actual correlation.
• Capture lessons learnt and apply to future projects.
• Coordinate with core team, CME location and other group companies for sheet metal expertise sharing.
• Responsible for COEs assigned activities.
