Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Deliver all new engineering projects on schedule and according to initial specifications.
• ECN Management: Execute Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) efficiently with strict process compliance.
• Spare Parts Production: Manufacture required spare parts on time to meet operational requirements.
• Tooling & Fixtures: Build new tools, jigs, and fixtures per plan, adhering strictly to quality standards.
• Tooling Repair & Maintenance: Perform timely, high-quality repairs on both in-house and vendor-owned tooling.
• Zero Engineering Defects: Eliminate product defects caused by engineering errors or process gaps.
• Audit & Compliance: Secure zero non-conformances (NCs) and continuously improve performance scores in internal and external audits.
• Quality Management System (QMS): Maintain strict system adherence while ensuring high-quality, precise documentation and reporting.
• Cost Optimization: Reduce production costs via technology updates and ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) initiatives across internal lines and vendor sites.
• Capability Building: Conduct targeted, high-impact training sessions to close identified skill gaps.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage 100% of department team members in submitting and implementing Kaizens.
