Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited invites applications for the position of Deputy Manager - PEVT EPT at our Chakan, Maharashtra facility. The role focuses on daily analysis of field failures, process audits, and hands-on Li-Ion battery pack repair to ensure defined plans are met.

The candidate will diagnose faults in battery boxes, perform CAN/log based defect finding, study signals, and leverage INKA/CANOE TI tools. Strong knowledge of Li-Ion cells and powertrain quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree required.
• 20 years general experience.
• Experience as Product Quality Head for Engine Plants.
• Exposure to reliability and durability projects for powertrain.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience in warranty systems and warranty cost reduction.
• Experience leading a medium or large team.

Responsibilities
