Mahindra and Mahindra Limited [Automotive and Farm Equipment Business] is seeking a skilled engineer to conduct daily field failure analyses and ensure processes align with the defined plan.

You will perform hands-on Li-Ion battery pack repair, troubleshoot faults in battery boxes, and interpret CAN logs to identify defects. Prior experience with INKA and CANOE TI tools is advantageous.

Qualifications

• BE in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical is required.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in automotive field.
• Experience with Li-Ion battery packs and fault analysis.

Responsabilités

• Daily analysis of field failures and monitoring per plan.
• Hands-on repair of Li-Ion battery packs.
• Diagnosis of faults in battery boxes and CAN log reading.
• Battery pack diagnostics using CAN and log data.
• Signal interpretation and log study.
• Knowledge of INKA and CANOE TI tools; INKA is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Li-Ion cells (GNMC and LFP) and motor diagnosis on vehicles.

Job Description:

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1. Daily Analysis of Field Failures & Monitoring of the same Conduct Process Audit & ensure process is running as per Defined Plan

1. Hands on experience with Li-Ion Battery Pack repair,
2. Diagnosis of fault finding in Battery box,
3. Fault analysis in field failure battery box
4. Battery pack diagnosis with CAN and log reading for defect finding
5. Log study and interpretation of signals
6. Use of INKA, CANOE TI tool,
7. INKA is added advantage
8. Knowledge of Li-Ion cell (GNMC and LFP)
9. Cell shorting and grouping
10. Knowledge of Motor Diagnosis & Failure abalysis on Vehicle
