Job summary

Serturner is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing of medical devices, diagnostic instruments, laboratory equipment, OT gear, ICU equipment, imaging devices, hospital furniture, and allied healthcare products for hospitals and laboratories.

You will build and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and suppliers, evaluate technical specs, negotiate pricing and warranties, coordinate with clinical and engineering teams, and manage end-to-end procurement for healthcare

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of procurement experience in medical devices, hospital equipment, diagnostic instruments, or biomedical procurement.
• Strong understanding of healthcare equipment categories, technical specifications, and procurement processes.
• Experience procuring equipment for hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centres, or healthcare projects.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and commercial skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-value procurement projects simultaneously.

We are looking for a Procurement Manager with strong experience in sourcing and purchasing medical devices, diagnostic instruments, laboratory equipment, OT equipment, critical care equipment, and hospital infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone who has worked extensively with medical devices, OEMs, distributors, and healthcare suppliers, and understands the technical and commercial aspects of procuring healthcare equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement of medical devices, diagnostic instruments, laboratory equipment, OT equipment, ICU equipment, imaging equipment, patient monitoring systems, hospital furniture, and allied healthcare products.
• Source products from leading manufacturers and distributors while ensuring quality, compliance, and cost optimization.
• Evaluate technical specifications, compare equipment, and coordinate with clinical and engineering teams.
• Negotiate pricing, warranties, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), delivery schedules, and vendor agreements.
• Manage end-to-end procurement for hospital, laboratory, and healthcare infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key healthcare equipment suppliers.
