Job summary

Ethics Infotech LLP is seeking an experienced procurement professional in Vadodara to manage purchasing of computer equipment, peripherals, and related components. You will liaise with suppliers, optimize costs, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years in IT hardware procurement, strong ERP experience (Odoo, SAP MM or equivalent), and a proven track record in OEM/distributor management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in computer equipment, peripherals, and accessories procurement, preferably within an IT services, systems integration, or equipment distribution environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of computer equipment, peripherals, and accessories categories: desktops, laptops, servers, networking equipment, storage systems, peripherals, and related components.
• Established track record of OEM and distributor relationship management.

Job description

• Demonstrated, comprehensive knowledge of computer equipment, peripherals, and accessories categories: desktops, laptops, servers, networking equipment, storage systems, peripherals, and related components
• Established track record of OEM and distributor relationship management
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP/procurement platforms (Odoo, SAP MM, or equivalent)
• Proven history of delivering measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing and negotiation

Good to Have:

• MBA or postgraduate diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or Operations
• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Prior experience in pharma, logistics, warehouse automation, or government-sector procurement
• Familiarity with e-procurement/e-sourcing platforms and digital procurement tools
