Based in Lucknow, the role requires strong experience in litigation support, contract handling, and audits, with oversight of internal policies and regulatory responses to authorities.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of experience in legal litigations, contract drafting and handling.

Responsabilités

• Negotiating, drafting, reviewing and executing transaction contracts.
• Conducting audits of hospitals from legal and compliance perspective.
• Appear before regulators and respond to notices from regulatory authorities.
• Provide legal advice and review processes to mitigate risk with proper documentation.
• Audits and investigations as part of Legal & Compliance control.
• Update Management about legal issues and statutory compliances.
• Review, advise and implement internal policies and procedures.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Negotiating, Drafting, Reviewing & Executing transaction contracts.
• Conducting audits of hospitals from legal and compliance prospective.
• Appear before regulators and / or replying to notices received from regulatory authorities.
• Legal research. Provide legal advice and review the process flow to mitigate the risk along-with proper documentation.
• Audits and Investigations responsibility as part of Legal & Compliance control function.
• Update Management about Legal issues & Statutory Compliances
• Review, advice and implement internal policies and procedures.

Experience & Qualifications

• 08 to 14 years of experience in legal litigations, Contract drafting, Contract handling
