Max Healthcare Institute Limited in Lucknow is seeking a Coordinator Level 1/2- Obs & Gynae to manage OPD and doctor appointments, acting as the primary link between the medical team and patients.

You will assist in duty rosters, prepare meetings and MIS reports, and coordinate with administrative departments to ensure compliance and smooth department operations.

Qualificações

• 2 to 5 years of experience in handling patient queries.

Responsabilidades

• Manage OPD and appointments of the doctors in the department.
• Act as the focal point of communication between the medical team and patients.
• Responsible for managing duty roster of doctors in consultation with department HOD or any other person assigned by the HOD.
• Preparation of minutes of the meetings, proposals and presentations including Reports, Data Analysis and MIS with timely completion and accuracy.
• Support in coordination between administrative departments and extend support in department related compliances.
• Support in any other activity assigned by the department.
• Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents and outgoing mails as necessary.
• Any other activity assigned by the management.
