The role includes managing duty rosters, maintaining patient electronic health records, handling confidential information, coordinating events, and supporting academic programs while ensuring timely, cost-effective logistics.

• Managingcustody,circulation,control,retentionandsecuredisposalofconfidentialinformation.
• ArrangingforeventslikeCME’s,trainings,conferencesforthedepartmentandensuringoveralllogisticsinatimely,costeffectiveandappropriatemanner.
• Responsibleforpatientsatisfactionscoreinthedepartment.
• Preparationofminutesofthemeetings,proposalandpresentationsincludingReports,Data Analysisand MISwithtimelycompletionandaccuracy.
• Tosupportincoordinationbetweenadministrativedepartmentsandextendsupportindepartmentrelatedcompliances.
• ProvidesupporttoHODinacademicprogramslikeDNB/Fellowships,etc.
• Tosupportinanyotheractivityassigned bythe department
• Review and summarize miscellaneousreports and documents; prepare backgrounddocumentsandoutgoingmails asnecessary.
• Any other activity assigned by the management.
