Job summary

Max Healthcare Institute Limited is seeking a Unit HR Head (Associate General Manager) for the Nagpur hospital. The role leads the entire HR agenda, aligning people strategy with patient-care priorities and business goals.

You will drive manpower planning, recruitment, deployment and retention across clinical and non-clinical functions, monitor HR metrics, and partner with HODs on performance management, engagement and compliance.

Qualifications

• 14–18 years of HR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall HR agenda for the hospital aligned with business and patient-care priorities.
• Drive manpower planning, recruitment, deployment and retention across clinical and non-clinical functions.
• Monitor HR metrics, manpower cost, attrition, hiring TAT and productivity and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with HODs on performance management, productivity, capability building and succession planning.
• Lead employee engagement, culture, employee relations and grievance management.
• Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, processes, compliance and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee relations, grievance and complaints applicable.
• Drive change management and people interventions for new services, expansion and operational requirements.
• Act as the HR advisor to the Unit Head and senior leadership team on people-related matters.
