Job summary

JobItUs in Ahmedabad is seeking a Deputy Manager / Manager – Human Resources & Administration to lead HR operations in a rubber products manufacturing unit. 4-5 years of HR experience in a senior role is required, with preference for automobile manufacturing professionals and good English; Gujarati speaking is mandatory.

Location is Jhakwada, Ahmedabad. 6 working days, Sunday weekly off; benefits include Provident Fund, 20% bonus, medical insurance up to Rs. 3 lacs, and pickup/drop facility.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of HR experience in a senior executive/managerial role in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Attendance management and time keeping.
• Working closely with other departments to understand manpower requirements.
• Recruiting workers for rubber products manufacturing and liaising with ITI institutes for recruitment.
• Basic administration work and handling petty cash.
• Assist in HR / 5S / ISO audits.
• Liaising with corporate office and German partner for global HR reporting.
• Compliance with local labor laws.
• Induction of new joiners and assist in joining/exiting formalities.
• Maintaining employee personnel records.
• Handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.

Designation – Deputy Manager / Manager – Human Resources & Administration

Working days- 6 (Sunday Weekly off, however depending upon plant maintenance off might differ

Working Hours- 8.30-5.30 pm, late sitting depending on the requirement

Gender- Male / Female (Preferred Married & Settled)

Candidate should be able to speak decent English and Gujarati speaking is mandatory
