Job summary

Qualifications

• B.E./Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical.
• 5–10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of TPM, 5S and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance per schedule to ensure good customer satisfaction.
• Attend to conveyors, pumps, fans, blowers, ovens, and related equipment with hands-on knowledge.
• Profile and troubleshoot painting robots (Durr) and related automation.
• Monitor and control absenteeism on the line by planning associates’ leave.
• Identify cost-effective solutions via I4 ideas/Kaizens and implement them.
• Maintain safety by monitoring interlocks and implementing Pokayoke devices.
• Improve TPM and 5S scores through continuous improvements in the cell.
• Maintain spare parts stocks and ensure availability of consumables.

• Monitor preventive and predictive maintenance progress as per schedule in his area of equipment in order to attain good customer satisfaction
• Good hands on knowledge of conveyors (Roller bed, Buffer chain conveyor, Elevators)
• Good hands on knowledge of pumps, fans, blowers, Ovens
• Knowledge, profiling and troubleshooting of painting robots - Durr
• Monitor and control absenteeism on line by planning associates leave
• Find cost effective solution for the FOS Items by monitoring, suggesting, Participating, implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens
• Monitorand reduce the number of equipment breakdown concerns by reviewing the daily and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working
• Monitor and improve Safety, TPM, 5S score of his cell through continuous improvements
• Improve the quality level and skill of associates in maintenance by continuous monitoring and nominating associates for various training
• Monitor and maintain spare parts stocks for both insurance and consumable spares
• Maintain safety of equipments by monitoring safety interlocks and by providing Pokayoke
