Qualifications

• 10-17 years of experience in mechanical engineering with maintenance and robotics exposure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of production activities by maintaining equipment performance through breakdown analysis, MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and preventive maintenance.
• Implement robotic solutions to improve productivity and efficiency in mechanical maintenance processes.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems using techniques such as Poka Yoke, SOPs, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Develop and implement effective training programs for junior engineers on best practices in mechanical maintenance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-17 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field with expertise in breakdown analysis, MTBF/MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), preventative maintenance, robotics implementation.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation concepts including pneumatics and hydraulics.
