Job summary

Schneider ElectricAhmednagar Factory is seeking a Deputy Manager – Maintenance to lead maintenance planning and execution. The role requires 5–10 years in electrical/electronics maintenance within manufacturing, and hands-on work with Siemens PLCs, VFDs, and servo systems.

You will oversee PM/CBM/TBM, drive MTTR/MTBF improvements, RCA leadership, spare parts management, and TPM documentation, while adhering to safety and quality standards. Rotating shifts expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electrical/Electronics
• 5+ years of maintenance experience
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Hands-on with PLCs and drive systems

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Planning & Execution.
• Develop and implement an effective Maintenance Planning and Scheduling System.
• Ensure efficient execution of PM, Breakdown, CBM, TBM.
• Monitor, track and improve MTTR and MTBF.
• Lead RCA and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimum stock levels.
• Maintain and update TPM documentation and records.
• Hands-on Siemens PLC programming, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
• Hands-on experience with VFDs and Servo Systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and maintenance standards.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.

Designation: Deputy Manager – Maintenance

Location: Ahmednagar

Qualification: Diploma / BE (Electrical/ Electronics)

Experience: 5 years to 10 years

Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

• Maintenance Planning & Execution.
• Develop and implement an effective Maintenance Planning and Scheduling System.
• Ensure efficient execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and Time-Based Maintenance (TBM).
• Monitor, track, and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimum stock levels.
• Maintain and update all TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) documentation and records.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
• Hands-on experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Servo Systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
