Job summary

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation, a unit of Schneider Electric India, invites applications for Deputy Manager / Manager – PLC Programmer based at Ahmednagar factory. The role emphasizes maintenance planning, PM/CBM/TBM, MTTR/MTBF optimization, RCA leadership, and spare parts management.

You will work with Siemens PLC programming, VFDs and servo systems, ensuring safety and quality standards. A Diploma/BE in Electrical/Electronics with 5–10 years of experience is required; TPM

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Electrical/Electronics is required.
• 5–10 years experience in PLC programming and maintenance.
• Experience with TPM/maintenance standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Maintenance Planning & Scheduling.
• Lead PM, CBM, TBM activities for equipment.
• Improve MTTR and MTBF through RCA and corrective actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Maintain TPM documentation and records.
• Work with Siemens PLC programming, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.

Key Deliverables / Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 4 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)

• Maintenance Planning & Execution.
• Develop and implement an effective Maintenance Planning and Scheduling System.
• Ensure efficient execution of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Breakdown Maintenance, Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), and Time-Based Maintenance (TBM).
• Monitor, track, and improve MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure optimum stock levels.
• Maintain and update all TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) documentation and records.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens PLC programming, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
• Hands-on experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Servo Systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
