Responsibilities

• Design and manage Compensation & Benefits structures, salary revisions, bonus plans, insurance, and employee benefits.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and job evaluation to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Manage compensation budgeting, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs.
• Drive HR digitisation and improve HR processes through technology.
• Design and manage performance management systems, goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
• Link performance outcomes with salary increments, bonuses, and promotions.
• Train managers and employees on performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback.
• Analyse performance data and prepare HR MIS reports and management dashboards.
