Job summary

Innovatives Fund Management Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to shape our pay programs and rewards structure. The role involves designing compensation packages, ensuring regulatory compliance, and analyzing market data to stay competitive.

You will lead initiatives on bonus design, benefits, and employee recognition, collaborating with HR and finance to align incentives with performance and company strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Knowledge of job evaluation systems.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws and pay equity.
• Experience with salary benchmarking and surveys.
• Graduate in HRM or related field.

Education

Bachelor's degree in HR/Management

Graduation in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field

• Familiarity with labor legislation
• Experience with salary bench marking reports, employee satisfaction surveys
• Experience with rewards and recognition
• Graduation in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field.
