  • Lead annual compensation reviews, merit increases, promotions, and bonus programs.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, liaise with providers, and ensure smooth enrollments and renewals.
  • Support payroll coordination, compliance, audits, and HRIS data integrity.
  • Prepare compensation dashboards and reports for management review.

Education

Job Title : HR Partner Compensation & Benefits

The HR Partner Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs that are aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness. The role will partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure effective salary structures, benefits administration, payroll support, and rewards management while maintaining compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Compensation Management
  • Support the design and administration of compensation structures, salary bands, grading systems, and incentive programs.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market salary analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Drive annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, promotions, and bonus programs.
  • Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations to management.
  • Support job evaluation and role benchmarking activities.
Benefits Administration
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, wellness initiatives, retirement benefits, and employee welfare schemes.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and vendors for policy administration and claims management.
  • Monitor benefits utilization and recommend enhancements based on employee needs and market practices.
  • Ensure smooth execution of employee benefit enrollments and renewals.
HR Business Partnership
  • Partner with business leaders and HR teams on workforce cost planning and budgeting.
  • Provide compensation-related guidance during hiring, promotions, transfers, and retention discussions.
  • Support talent acquisition teams in structuring competitive compensation offers.
  • Advise stakeholders on compensation policies and reward frameworks.
Payroll & Compliance Support
  • Collaborate with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing of compensation-related elements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements relating to compensation and benefits.
  • Support audits and provide compensation-related data and documentation as required.
  • Maintain compensation records and HRIS data integrity.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Prepare compensation and benefits dashboards, reports, and MIS for management review.
  • Analyze workforce costs, attrition trends, compensation ratios, and reward effectiveness.
  • Generate periodic reports on employee benefits utilization and compensation metrics.
Educational Qualifications
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Experience
  • 3-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, or HR Business Partnering.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, industrial, or large-scale organizations preferred.
  • Exposure to compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
