Job summary

Naukri Assist in Mumbai is seeking an HR professional specializing in Compensation & Benefits (C&B), PMS, HR Analytics, MIS and Payroll inputs, with strong HRIS experience.

You will handle compensation benchmarking, annual performance appraisal, payroll inputs, budgeting, dashboards, and audits, collaborating with HR, Finance and Internal Audit.

This role requires deep C&B costing knowledge, benefits analysis, data accuracy in HRMS, JD/KRA/KPI documentation and helpdesk support.
