Freudenberg Group in Pune invites an experienced Deputy Manager Finance and Accounts to join our finance team. You will oversee financial reporting, compliance and team leadership in a manufacturing setup.

The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with 10+ years in finance and accounting, including hands-on SAP S/4HANA expertise and strong IFRS/IGAAP knowledge. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• CA with strong foundation in financial and accounting principles.
• 10+ years in Finance & Accounting with SAP S/4HANA in engineering manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading finance & accounts teams.
• IFRS knowledge is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong foundation in financial and accounting principles.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in MNC with Engineering Manufacturing setups
• BCom/MBA finance/M.com with 10+ years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA in MNC
• Proven experience of 2+ years managing finance and accounts teams.
• Knowledge of IFRS is an added advantage
• Technical skills:
• IFRS and IGAAP
• SAP
• Advance excel
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
