Job summary

Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India Private Limited in Pune is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage Accounts Receivable processes, including the daily recording of financial transactions, invoicing and reconciliations. This role requires meticulous attention to accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support month-end close, assist with audits, and contribute to process improvements, leveraging SAP FI-AR and ERP systems to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control experience in an MNC.
• Hands-on SAP FI-AR experience mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions including accounts receivable and payable.
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Assist in tax filings and regulatory reports.
• Monitor discrepancies and resolve issues in financial data.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data for planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

Accounts Executive - Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including accounts payable and/or receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory reports.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions.
• Participate in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support financial planning activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
• - 5+ years of professional experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control / Finance and Accounting, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ERP system in MNC
• - Proven experience of 5+ years in SAP (FI-AR) is mandatory.
