Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India Private Limited in Pune is seeking a Manager- Process Engineering to lead the design and development of engineering projects across planning, modeling, and testing phases.

You will perform advanced technical analyses, oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor junior engineers while driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master’s or certifications are a plus.
• 4+ years of engineering leadership and project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and industry practices.
• Proficiency in CAD software, simulations, and engineering tools.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of engineering projects, including planning, modeling, and testing phases.
• Perform advanced technical analysis and calculations to support project design and decision-making.
• Oversee project execution, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Develop and review technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and manuals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
• Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate project viability and safety.
• Interface with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to communicate project progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout project life cycles.
• Lead post-project evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.) or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering roles, with demonstrated leadership and project management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in advanced CAD software, simulation tools, and engineering software.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
