Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager - Electrical & Electronic in Pune (MT-Chakan Office). The role requires 6-8 years in Automotive and strong independence to drive platform-level E&E design, including 3D routing and assembly drawings, while coordinating with CFTs and suppliers to meet project milestones.

You will attend vehicle builds, resolve assembly line issues, and ensure DMU closure with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in Automotive sector.
• B.E / B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics engineering; MS/MTech is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in CFT environment and coordinate with suppliers for project activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle platform independently for all E&E parts.
• 3D routing design for entire platform.
• Coordinate with CFT and suppliers for project activities.
• Create/validate assembly drawings in 2D and 3D routing.
• Attend and track vehicle build; discuss and close project build concerns.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Assist and provide solutions to assembly line problems.
• DMU closure responsibility.
