Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited seeks an experienced automotive engineer for assembly, quality, and process improvement based in Chakan, Maharashtra. BE or DME with 3–6 years (BE) or 4–10 years (DME) will be considered. You will work on axle and transmission assembly, NVH issues, and regulatory quality compliance.

You will coordinate production planning, ensure safety standards, analyze customer complaints, and build strong team collaboration across functions to sustain high-quality output.

Qualifications

• BE or DME with relevant automotive manufacturing experience.
• Experience in handling quality issues and NVH analysis.
• Familiar with assembly processes and testing methods.
• Skilled in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ability to monitor processes for safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and team-building skills to establish quality systems.
• Experience handling customer complaints and inline rejection analysis.
