Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an experienced electrical QA engineer to diagnose vehicle electrical issues and drive quality improvements in our Chakan plant. You will apply quality tools to resolve defects and contribute to engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive experience as stated.
• B.E. Electrical or Electronics required; Diploma in Electrical/Electronics accepted with relevant automotive experience.
• Industry with Automobile/Electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical failures/defects of vehicles using quality tools.
• Check and verify electrical checkout systems of vehicles.
• Calibrate vehicle acceptance standards from inputs like ANOVA-C, RFI, and customer.
• Carry out process and product audits per plan and close NCs.
• Optimize car clearance process to reduce lead time.
• Ensure on-time booking of rejections and coordinate closure of critical issues.
• Maintain departmental documents for Quality System Audits.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve electrical issues and improve final quality.
