We boldly go.**Job Summary:**He/She should have 8-10 yrs experience in Solution Sales of BMS & IBMS (FAPA, ACS, CCTV, Physical Security) project sales in the industry.* Strong in technical & a team player.* Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the BMS/IBMS market.* Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis* Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure* Savvy on latest trends in the BMS industry, handle tenders (Major Private),* willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems* Preferably having experience of handling Project/Solution Sales.* Should have experience in working with ELV Consultants, ELV/MEP Contractors.* Verticals: Builders, developers, Hospitality, Healthcare, Pharma, Commercials.* Ready to Travel.* Good experience in the Assigned Market/Region.**Solution/Products knowledge:** BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems etc), Physical Security Systems Like (Baggage Scanners, Boom Barrier, Turnstile, bollards etc)**Qualifications:*** Experience: 7-10 Years* Must have a proven track record of developing and closing net new business* Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline* Region Handling – Punjab, Himachal, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan* Base Location: Gurgaon or ChandigarhWe offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
