Green Leaf Consultants Kolkata is seeking a seasoned communications leader to head Strategy & Content Execution across Emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and Letters, ensuring alignment with brand voice and regulatory needs while guiding editorial standards.

You will drive governance, quality, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Claims, Marketing, and BI to optimise customer journeys at scale, mentor junior team members, and lead continuous improvement through modern writing styles and AI

• Strategy & Content Execution: Lead the creation of impactful customer communications across Emails, SMS, WhatsApp, and Letters, ensuring alignment with brand voice and regulatory needs.
• Quality & Governance: Maintain zero-error standards through rigorous proofreading, template version control, and strict adherence to internal compliance SOPs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations, Claims, Marketing, and BI teams to streamline communication journeys and resolve customer friction.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior team members (Associate Managers/Executives), manage deliverables, and independently handle escalations.
• Innovation: Drive modern writing styles, leverage AI writing tools for efficiency, and audit communication journeys for continuous improvement
