Responsibilities

• Drive development and expansion of Industrial & Commercial PNG customer base within the assigned area.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities by mapping potential customers and market demand.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Industrial & Commercial segment per business plan.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, onboard customers and execute contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Industrial & Commercial customers for long-term growth.
• Ensure timely conversion of leads into active customers through sales planning and execution.
• Support timely gas connectivity and supply commencement by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Address customer queries and deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor receivables and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Execute local marketing and business development initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Liaise with government authorities and local bodies to facilitate operations.
