Kotak Life Insurance is hiring for Assistant Manager – Field Sales in Mumbai (Andheri to Virar). You will identify and develop partnerships with banks, NBFCs, MFIs, and other lending institutions to distribute credit life insurance products and drive sales through channel partners.

You will conduct product trainings, present offerings, and coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims to ensure smooth policy issuance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Education: Any Graduated.
• Eligibility: 1 to 4 years in field sales.
• Location: Mumbai (Andheri to Virar).

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, MFIs and other lenders for credit life insurance distribution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective channel partner engagement.
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and field visits with partner staff to promote credit life.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies in all sales activities.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and service.
• Track and analyse sales performance metrics and generate regular reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
