Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking an Assistant Manager in Mumbai (Navi Mumbai) to drive credit life insurance distribution through bank, NBFC, MFIs, and other lending partners. You will lead product presentations, partner training, and joint field visits to promote offerings and achieve sales targets.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies in all sales activities.
• Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and service.
• Track and analyse sales performance metrics and generate regular reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
