Selective Global Search is seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to oversee routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance across complex pharma machinery. You will calibrate and qualify equipment, lead a team of technicians, and manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime.

The role emphasizes strict documentation, audit readiness, and compliance with EHS guidelines in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilités

• Machinery Maintenance: Execute and oversee routine, breakdown, and preventive maintenance of core formulation machineries.
• Calibration & Validation: Manage calibration schedules and machine qualifications (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) in compliance with cGMP and global regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide a team of technicians and shift engineers to ensure quick turnaround times during mechanical breakdowns.
• Inventory Management: Plan and maintain critical engineering spares, consumable toolings, and change parts inventory to minimize equipment downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain complete documentation, logbooks, SOPs, and history cards as required by regulatory audits (Audit-ready status).
• EHS & Compliance: Implement safe working practices, LOTO protocols, and ensure all maintenance procedures meet EHS mandates.

Role & responsibilities

• Machinery Maintenance: Execute and oversee routine, breakdown, and preventive maintenance of core core formulation machineries including RMG, FBD, Blenders, Compression Machines, Coating Machines, Capsule Filling, Liquid/Injectable Filling lines, and Blister Packing machines.
• Calibration & Validation: Manage calibration schedules and machine qualifications (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and global regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide a team of technicians and shift engineers to ensure quick turnaround times during mechanical breakdowns.
• Inventory Management: Plan and maintain critical engineering spares, consumable toolings, and change parts inventory to minimize equipment downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain complete documentation, logbooks, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and history cards as required by regulatory audits (Audit-ready status).
• EHS & Compliance: Implement safe working practices, Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and ensure all maintenance procedures meet Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) mandates.
