Job summary

Hetero in Hyderabad is seeking a PPIC/SCM professional to manage production planning and material coordination for API manufacturing. You will oversee PPIC activities, collaborate with production, procurement, warehouse, quality and finance teams, and drive on-time supply and inventory optimization.

The role requires strong SAP/ERP and MS Office skills, plus excellent communication and analytical abilities to optimize processes and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in PPIC/SCM, preferably in Pharma API or FMCG.
• Good knowledge of SAP/ERP and MS Office with good communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle PPIC and Supply Chain activities for API manufacturing operations.
• Prepare production plans based on demand, capacity and material availability.
• Ensure timely availability of RM, PM and other required materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality and Finance teams.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of planned quantities.
• Follow up on material shortages, production requirements and supply issues.
• Prepare and review SAP/ERP reports and MIS related to PPIC and SCM.
• Support inventory control and reduce material shortages and delays.
• Coordinate with plant and business teams for smooth supply chain operations.
