Job summary

Endo in India is seeking a role focused on production and material planning to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include end-to-end MRP, material indenting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for new product launches and site transfers.

The incumbent will monitor inventory levels, drive reviews of material projections, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivery: Meet site OTIF targets.
• Delivery: Circulation of rolling dispatch plans to site cross-functional team.
• Delivery: Ensure monthly dispatch and manufacturing commitments are met.
• Delivery: Collaborate with Tech Ops and Project Management team on execution of new product launches and site transfer projects.
• Material planning: Managing end to end MRP run and timely material indenting for commercial, life cycle, new product launches and projects
• Material planning: Material tracking & scheduling of material deliveries in line with production plan to ensure no line downtime due to material availability.
• Material planning: Driving monthly review of 12-month rolling material requirement projections for APIs, Lifecycle & high lead time materials
• Inventory management: Monitor and control inventory levels of API, RM and PM in line with company targets.
• Inventory management: Monthly assessment of action plans for slow/non-moving inventory
• Inventory management: Provide routine destruction note approvals in line with MRB process.
• Timely escalation: Highlight critical issues related to delivery and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solutions.
• Timely escalation: Maintain transparent communication in all intra and inter-departmental meetings and emails
• Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processes
• Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity
• MIS: Prepare and present routine reports on production and dispatch performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
