Muthoot Mercantile is seeking an experienced Deputy HR Manager to oversee HR operations from our Head Office in Thiruvananthapuram. The role focuses on HR management, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and statutory compliance.

The incumbent will lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, while ensuring adherence to labour laws and coordinating with Regional Managers on HR matters. Strong documentation and policy development skills are essential.

Job Description:

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with Regional Managers and regional offices on HR-related matters.
• Monitor employee performance, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
• Prepare HR MIS reports and support management decisions.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Language Requirement:

Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

Education:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification preferred.
