Job summary

Sumadhura Infracon in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise residential construction projects from planning to delivery. You will develop schedules, baseline plans, budgets, and roadmaps, while coordinating with multiple teams to meet milestones.

The role requires proficiency with MS Project, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong capability in project planning and control systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-rise residential projects (G+30 floors preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, baseline plans, budgets, and execution roadmaps.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement catch-up plans.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project plans and progress reports.
• Coordinate with project teams for resource planning and deployment.
• Identify project risks, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain delay trackers.
• Monitor critical procurement and ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants for design and GFC drawings.
• Conduct project review meetings and drive digital project management initiatives.
