Sunteck Realty is seeking an experienced Planning & Scheduling professional for Mumbai to manage design, construction, procurement, and finishing schedules for high-rise towers. The role covers delay analysis, catch-up plans, resource allocation, and cost integration with the schedule.

The candidate should have strong drawing understanding, construction methodology, costing proficiency, and capability to coordinate with multiple consultants to ensure timely approvals and delivery.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil engineering.
• 12+ years experience in planning and scheduling of high-rise towers.
• Strong grasp of drawings, construction methodology and costing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design, construction, procurement & finishing schedules.
• Delay analysis, catch-up plans and resource allocation.
• Link execution schedule with cost to derive cash flows.
• MIS, progress reports and tracking statutory approvals.
• Coordinate with consultants and design team for GFC drawings (RFIs, change register).
