Job summary

Quess Global Recruitment Services in Mumbai invites an experienced General Staffing / HR Operations leader to drive end-to-end staffing operations for the region. You will manage a large portfolio of enterprise clients, oversee payroll and statutory compliance, and lead a sizable delivery team to achieve service quality and revenue goals.

The role requires strong client relationships, stakeholder management, and the ability to scale operations across multiple client codes while ensuring timely

• 8+ years of experience in General Staffing / HR Operations.
• Strong team management and client delivery experience.
• Hands-on expertise in payroll and statutory compliance.
• Experience managing multiple clients and large-scale staffing operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and operational leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end staffing operations and ensure timely client delivery.
• Manage 50 enterprise clients across 100+ client codes.
• Lead and mentor a team of 45 members, including 7 direct reports.
• Manage client relationships, business reviews, and escalations.
• Oversee the complete associate lifecycle, including onboarding, payroll, grievance resolution, and exit.
• Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to client and organizational requirements.
• Drive accurate billing, outstanding payment follow-ups, and revenue collections.
• Identify business growth opportunities across existing client accounts.
• Monitor team performance and foster accountability.
