Job summary

Eduplex Consultancy Services in Chennai seeks Deputy General Manager - Finance to lead accounting operations, budgeting, MIS and cash flow management. The role requires Chartered Accountant with 10–15 years post-qualification experience, knowledge of IND AS, GST, income tax, audits, and ERP governance.

The candidate will mentor the Finance team and partner with business leaders to drive strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1015 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in the Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IND AS, GST, Income Tax, financial reporting, budgeting, and audits.
• Experience in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, MIS, and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST, TDS, Companies Act, and audit requirements.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Manage treasury, banking relationships, working capital, and fund utilization.
• Coordinate internal, statutory, tax, and secretarial audits.
• Strengthen financial controls, processes, and ERP governance.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team while driving process improvements.
