Qualifications

• CA with 10+ years of experience in finance and accounts.
• Experience in month-end and year-end closing.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis expertise.
• Oversee AP/AR and ledger management.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Strong management reporting and MIS skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations, ensuring accurate and timely accounting and reporting.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis, providing insights to management for decision-making.
• Monitor costs, expenses and financial controls and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Support management in financial planning, MIS, business analysis and strategic decision-making.
