Are you passionate about driving product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction in the automotive industry? We are looking for a seasoned leader to spearhead Field Quality and Product Validation initiatives, ensuring robust product performance across the vehicle lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive improvement in Warranty RPT (Repairs per Thousand), Warranty CPU (Cost per Unit), Unscheduled Visits, and Walk-home Incidents through structured problem-solving approaches.
• Act as the key interface between Customer Care and Plant Quality Teams for field quality concerns.
• Lead cross-functional investigations and resolution of critical field failures involving Design, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Validation teams.
• Ensure timely containment, corrective actions, root cause identification, and closure of customer issues.
• Capture and deploy lessons learned from existing products into future vehicle development programs.
• Conduct Reliability Growth Analysis (RGA) for new vehicle programs and ensure readiness before product launch.
• Assess field risks arising from engineering changes and define appropriate validation requirements.
• Conduct dealer visits and field audits to identify emerging concerns, gather customer feedback, and strengthen technical support capabilities.
• Develop and present quality dashboards highlighting warranty trends, reliability metrics, and key risk indicators.
• Drive Daily Work Management (DWM) practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing quality and validation teams.

Required Technical Expertise
