Job summary

ZF in Hyderabad, India seeks a senior systems test validation leader to drive the global validation strategy locally. You will mentor a diverse team, partner with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers, and ensure rigorous test processes, ASPICE alignment, and safety/quality adherence.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, execution excellence, and delivering high-quality validation outcomes in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience, including team leadership or project leadership.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive embedded systems and Testing, preferably ADAS.
• Solid understanding of Vehicle level Validation as well as SIL/HIL testing.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, NCAP, homologation and safety/quality processes.
